John 17:15 “I pray not that you should take them out of the world, but that you should keep them from the evil.” (King James 2000 Bible)
The world is getting crazy, there are drugs, and sex, and booze.
Toys are training methods, for murder and abuse.
Righteous things, the ways of God, are laughed at, mocked, ignored.
While all the time the minds of youth have been subtly allured.
Advantage has been taken, of little self-esteem.
And teens believe conforming is the most important thing.
To look the same, behave the same, and never dare to differ.
That size and shape, and style of hair will give them friends and fame.
Anorexia, drug abuse, alcohol and sex, all the things the body does,
That causes war inside the soul, and makes the teen a wreck.
Little ones watch demons parade across the screen
In cartoons and commercials, these weird forms can be seen.
A few portrayed as evil, the bad guys in the group,
But most are shown as heroes, honest, kind, and good.
These awful, hellish figures the tiny minds confuse.
Although this world is wicked, a difficult place to be,
God is still in charge of all, He’ll stop it cold one day.
We’re going to hear a trumpet sound, and be called up to Him
And with Him we’ll return again, to watch Him make an end
To wickedness, and poverty, and filthiness, and pain.
Just occupy until He comes, and stay close to the latter rain.
Pray for those you know to see that they don’t live in vain.
We are the salt, the lights on earth, and are to lead the way,
To Jesus Christ, away from the world, that others won’t have to pay.
For pay we shall, for what we do, and also for what we say.
We’ll see our works are stubble, just a pile of hay.
The only things that will matter then, is what we’ve thought of Him
Was Jesus Master? Saviour? Lord? Did we follow then?

甚至玩具都被利用來教人殺戮和欺辱，
正直公義神的道，被人嘲弄取笑視為無物，
不知不覺中，年輕人的思想被誘惑俘虜，
他們被人利用，喪失自尊。
青少年們將獲得同伴認同視為首要任務，
同樣的外表、行為，羞於任何不同之處，
姣好的身材體型，甚至新潮髮型都會給他／她們
贏得友誼和名氣，讓他們每日去追逐，
厭食、濫藥、酗酒和色情，貪戀肉體之歡愉，
靈魂裡的掙扎，毀掉了青少年的美好前途。
鬼魔們在電視電腦屏幕上成群結隊，
在卡通裡、在廣告中，撒旦勢力居首位，
少數壞傢伙被歸類，
大部分看來誠實善良，誘人去追隨，
這些惡劣、糟糕的形像擾亂年輕人思想與行為。
盡管這個世界充滿罪惡，令人難以面對，
上帝依然掌管萬有，祂終將無情終止這些罪，
我們將要聽到祂號角在吹，
我們將會親見祂再來與我們相會，
見證祂結束罪惡、貧窮、痛苦和污穢，
驚醒等候，等祂再來，等祂甘霖賜我輩，
為你認識的人禱告，使他們不致白活一生，
我們在世上要作光、作鹽，引人歸主認罪，
遠離世界，歸向耶穌，免他們沉淪後悔，
我們將得的報應，是根據所言所行。
我們在世所作的不過如稻草殘梗一堆，
真正重要的是：我們如何看待耶穌救贖我眾罪？
是否認耶穌為我救主，真神上帝？我們是否已經將祂緊緊跟隨？
